Email hello@zaptrades.co.uk. Include the business name, the email on the account, and what you were trying to do. Do not send a password or a card number.

Messages are read on UK working days. If the phone receptionist is down, calls still reach the number you set for forwarding once that divert is on the mobile.

To close an account, the owner can delete it from Settings. A copy of the data is on that same page before you do.
