A local UK number and the receptionist sit in the plan. There is no second phone platform to subscribe to. The trial includes a practice call. A live number starts once the subscription is active. Urgent callers can be passed to your mobile.

Add materials and labour, ask for a deposit if you want one, and email or text the quote. The customer types their name to accept. When the deposit is paid, the quote becomes a job. The invoice follows the same customer and the same lines.

Write a landlord gas safety record, a warning notice, a service record, an EICR, an electrical installation certificate or minor works on site. There are further record types for plumbing, fire, solar and oil. You can also upload a photo or PDF. The engineer signs. Zap Trades does not sign the record off, and it does not notify Building Control. Set a reminder before it is next due.

Connect Stripe. The customer scans a code, or opens the link, and pays by card on their own phone. The money goes to the firm. Zap Trades does not take a fee of that payment. Cash and bank transfer can be recorded as well.
