Ask Zap about a fault

Describe the fault. The assistant walks through it and writes the safety stops in. It does not sign anything.

Which plan: Solo and above. A trial that includes Ask Zap has 15 questions. After that the allowance follows the plan.

• Ask about a job, or start from the fault.
• It tells you to isolate, and to stop if you are not Gas Safe or not competent for Part P.
• It does not sign a gas or electrical record.
• You can attach photos of the appliance.
