Which plan: Team and Pro. A field-only seat is for clocking in, the rota and Ask Zap. CIS deductions are on Pro.

• The week view shows the shifts. A job on the rota links to that job.
• My rota is the person’s own week.
• Staff shows who is active, their role, and how many seats are left.
• On site shows who is clocked in now, and refreshes.
• Pro adds CIS deductions, a monthly return and statements. That return is the firm’s working paper. It is not filed with HMRC from here.
