Reminders, review requests and payment links go out as texts. The allowance is counted in message segments.

Which plan: Every plan has a monthly allowance: Receptionist 50, Solo 100, Team 300, Pro 750, and 25 on a trial. Extra texts are 6p. Sending job texts is on Solo and above.
- A text is one message segment. A long message or an emoji can count as more than one.
- The number page shows how many texts are used, and the cap on extra-text spend.
- At the cap, texts stop. Email and the payment QR keep working.
- Customers can reply STOP to opt out, and START to opt back in.
