Invoices, and getting paid

Send the invoice, take the card payment, and the money goes to the firm. Zap Trades does not take a fee of that payment.

The owner, when the work is done or a deposit is due.

Which plan: Solo and above. Card payments need Stripe connected.

• Send by email, or by text with a secure link.
• Show QR code, or Take payment now, so the customer pays on their own phone.
• Deposits on quotes are tracked. Outstanding, overdue and paid this month are on Today.
• A card payment can email the invoice back with the amount, the date, the method and what is left.
• Record cash or a bank transfer. Refunds are marked on the invoice and are not counted twice.
