Write the record on the phone, or upload one that was made in other software. You sign it. The app does not.

Which plan: Solo and above.
- Landlord gas safety records (CP12), warning and service records, an EICR, an electrical installation certificate and minor works.
- Further record types for plumbing, fire, solar and oil.
- Empty legal fields are flagged before you sign, issue or submit. A missing registration number opens that field.
- Registration numbers are typed by the firm. Zap Trades does not check them, and it does not notify Building Control.
- Upload a photo or PDF from other software. A reminder can be set before the record is next due.
