Receipts, and what the job made

Photograph the receipt. It sits on the job. Profit is the quote, minus materials, minus wages.

Whoever buys the materials, and the owner who wants the margin.

Which plan: Solo and above.

• Photograph a receipt or a fuel ticket. VAT, merchant and total are read off it.
• Submit it and it counts. A rejected receipt stays out of the job.
• Job profit is the quote ex VAT, minus submitted receipts, minus labour from closed punches.
• Labour includes hours that are still waiting for timesheet approval. This is not an invoice.
