• The greeting says the caller has reached an AI receptionist and that the call may be recorded.
• It takes the name, number, address, job and urgency. Urgent callers are passed to the owner’s mobile.
• A routine call can hold the next free slot. Spam and silent calls are not billed.
• Try a call writes the same enquiry without a phone line, so you can see the inbox before you buy a number.
• Answered minutes are included: 50 on Receptionist and Solo, 100 on Team, 250 on Pro, 25 on a trial. Extra minutes are 45p.
