Settings, security, and registration numbers
The firm’s details, an optional authenticator app, and the numbers printed on certificates.
The owner. Each person can turn on their own authenticator app.
Which plan: Settings are on every plan. Authenticator-app sign-in is optional for every role, including the owner. It is not required. Registration numbers are on Solo and above.
- Business address, the receptionist, calendars, and the accounts connections live in Settings.
- Security lets a person add an authenticator app and save recovery codes. Sign-in asks for a code only after they turn it on.
- Registration numbers are typed for gas, electrical and oil. They are printed on the certificate as typed.
- Zap Trades does not check those numbers.
